Incoterms 2020 at a glance
The eleven Incoterms 2020 rules define who is responsible for each cost and risk between buyer and seller. “Freight Collect” terms leave the main carriage to the buyer; “Freight Prepaid” terms place it with the seller. For reference only — the applicable Incoterm is agreed per shipment.
