A note on security — please read

Rose Containerline takes payment security seriously. Fraudsters sometimes impersonate freight companies to redirect payments, so please keep the following in mind:

▪We will never ask for your card details by text message or social media. Card payments are only accepted through PayCargo, SprintPay, or our credit card authorization form.

▪We will never change our bank account details by email. If you receive a message claiming our details have changed, do not act on it — verify with us first using the contact details on our Contact page.

▪Only send your completed credit card authorization form to Jmercado@shiprose.com. Check the address carefully before sending.
